Keep Connect - a new small program which is being launched, following the establishment of the connection to the Internet. When there is a connection, the program establishes another connection than prevent unexpected disconnection. Breaking the connection can be to retain the red button, or completing the process KeepConnect. If you disconnect from the red button, then when you reconnect to the Internet program again, it "picks up".
