Ok, so what is Sinbad Search? Sinbad Search is a mobile application designed for smartphones to simplify information retrieval over the web. Sinbad Search is based on module and each module allows you to search for a specific type of information. For example, you use a dictionary module to lookup explanation for a word, news modules to find out what is happening around the world, Wikipedia (encyclopedia) module to look up pressing information you might need about, say,"Thixotropy" and so on.....well, you get the idea.

The cool thing is, Sinbad Search is super duper fast, you can get your information in seconds not minutes. Information will be formatted to fit nicely on a small screen (we are eye friendly), So no more scrolling left and right to read each line of a web page.

Sinbad Search is also pretty simple to use, there is no manual to read and you can master all features in minutes. Best feature of all, we are worlds first data bandwidth friendly mobile app, Compare to surfing the Internet with using Sinbad Search, Sinbad Search only uses a fraction of data bandwidth. This makes it a lot cheaper if you are on a pay-per-byte data plan and if you are using GRPS or EDGE it is going have a noticable impact on how long you wait for what you want.

Sinbad Search uses Weblets to organize its functionality. Each Weblet allows you to search specific information. Examples of Weblets are a dictionary weblet for word explanation and Wikipedia for encyclopedic reference. There are Weblets ranging from news, famous blogs, reference to entertainment information such astrology and jokes of the day. The Weblet library will continue to grow as Sinbad Search develops.
